Education... Clinics, Lessons & Training

The Hidalgo's are proud to offer horsemanship lessons, clinics & demonstrations.  Casey & Kirstine are able to teach lessons individually or in a group format and according to your horsemanship experience & confidence.  If you have specific areas you would like to work on please let us know upon booking a lesson/clinic spot so we can prepare accordingly. We are able to cover a wide area of specialties within horse training, showing and development.  If you would like to use your own horse we will need prior notification and you will need to bring the appropriate paperwork with you to our facility.  Alternatively we have a wide range of horses available for you to choose from, we know each horse individually and will be able to pair you with a suitable horse to ensure a comfortable ride and the best learning opportunity!

The Hidalgo's are also able to take on all breeds and natures of horses, and train them in the discipline you require.  We will offer you an honest opinion on your horses capabilities and talents and help you understand how to gain the most from your horses with effective training.  We will support both you and your horse through this learning experience so you have the building blocks to continue in the future.  We firmly believe the rider/owner of the horse must be able to offer the horse a good learning experience in order to better the horse, hence our motto "To Better The Horse Is To Better The Rider", we're here to help everyone better themselves for their horses sakes.

For more information on Lessons and Clinics with The Hidalgos, please check our details on our contact page.  Casey & Kirstine are able to teach you anything from the ground basics up to performance riding.  We are able to offer you horses if required or you are able to bring your own horses if you would like to receive lessons on your own horse(s), you will need to bring the necessary paperwork. 

Our clinics will cover the basics of good riding, performance concepts, colt starting & finishing, and many more fundamental concepts to horse training, developing, owning and riding.  We are a no gadget team, we can guarantee a fun, relaxed learning environment full of positive & constructive criticism!   If you would like Casey or Kirstine to ride your horse in order to help you further please feel free to ask them, your horse will be treated as well as one of their own - guaranteed!
